Hi, I’m Kathryn — a qualified coach with over 20 years’ experience working in churches and charities, supporting people through life’s challenges and decisions. I care deeply about helping others make sense of their faith in everyday life — and find the clarity and confidence to move forward with purpose.

For the past five years, I’ve worked professionally as a coach, offering one-to-one sessions and coaching for organisations. I provide general coaching for individuals and businesses, as well as Christian coaching for those who specifically request a faith-based approach. I am an individual member of the Evangelical Alliance.

I qualified as a transformational coach in 2020 and am a registered member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). I also hold a degree in Psychology (with Maths), and have undertaken additional training in counselling and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I live in East London with my husband and our two children, and have hands-on experience serving on both church and charity leadership teams. References are available upon request.

There’s something deeply freeing about talking with someone who shares your faith and keeps God at the centre of the conversation. For those who want it, sessions include prayer and biblical application. My role is to listen actively and ask thoughtful questions that help you align your path with God’s purpose for your life. I offer both one-to-one and relationship coaching, whether for personal or professional growth.
